Can I return my product?
You can return your product only if the following is true:
The product was purchased within the last 30 days, is in its original packaging and resellable as new.
The product is deemed to be defective by Babe Lash within 30 days of purchase.

How to return a product:
- Call us at 888-831-9050. We are available Monday–Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST. Our representatives will help you get the return process started.
- Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service.
- Send the package with the materials back to Babe Lash. Include the RMA number, your name, address, and phone number with the shipment.
- Let us know the tracking number of the package you are sending back by calling Customer Service (888-831-9050).
- Once we receive the products, we will process the return/exchange within 2-3 business days.

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions. The product must be in its original condition and sellable as new.
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping charges to and from Babe Lash, as well as the 15% restocking fee. We do not charge a 15% restocking fee to exchange an item. The only time we charge a 15% restocking fee is if you are returning the item for a refund.
Unless Babe Lash made the shipping error, shipping is non-refundable.
If you return a product without an RMA number, we may not be able to process your return.
Babe Lash will replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, we will ship a replacement product at our expense.
